Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2- or 4-year construction-related degree OR completion of 4--5-year Journeyman apprenticeship.
• 3-5 years experience in electrical, mechanical, or construction field.
• 1-2 years experience leading workplace safety efforts.
• Experience in outdoor, hands-on construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Forecast weekly work and assign by personnel.
• Coordinate day-to-day department activities and manpower.
• Ensure compliance with monthly reporting and OPS system.
• Share resources across branches to improve efficiency.
• Mentor and develop field leadership and teams.
• Drive safety and eliminate hazards daily.
• Collaborate with Project Management on field goals.
• Manage billing, collections, and labor productivity.
