The role requires balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, building trusted internal and external relationships, and delivering measurable improvements in efficiency and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of increasing responsibility in operations, logistics, field marketing, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of experiential marketing, retail execution, and logistics.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Advanced Excel and data management capabilities.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, invoicing, forecasting, and reconciliation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational backbone across client programs with scalable processes.
• Own SOPs, workflows, trackers, reporting tools, and governance.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and cost savings.
• Support KPI management, forecasting, annual planning, QBRs, and initiatives.
• Lead day-to-day financial operations including budgeting and invoicing.
• Oversee warehousing, logistics, inventory, and vendor management.
• Develop dashboards and BI to support data-driven decisions.
• Build cross-functional relationships and foster continuous improvement.
