Job summary

SkyChefs in Denver is seeking a General Manager to lead the Airline Catering Operations, overseeing approximately 300 employees and a $50M P&L. You will drive strategic direction, ensure safety and quality, and partner with airline customers to deliver exceptional meals and service.

The role requires strong on‑site leadership, hands‑on presence, and the ability to balance strategic planning with daily operations in a 24/7 environment near Denver International Airport.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 10+ years of operations leadership experience in large‑scale production environments.
• Airline or aviation operations experience is a plus.
• Experience leading digitalization projects to improve operational performance.
• Working knowledge of lean tools, quality systems, and unionized environments.

Responsibilities

• Define CSC strategic direction and align with corporate priorities.
• Foster strong airline relationships and ensure service excellence.
• Oversee site financial performance and KPI‑driven improvements.
• Lead capital investments and regional CAPEX planning for efficiency.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across the site.
