Job summary

Monks is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to optimize account operations, systems, and processes. You will work with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery, accurate data, and scalable workflows.

The role reports to the Director of Operations and Project Management and requires 5+ years of leadership in a creative setting, with experience in AI and data analytics. This hybrid position offers office days in Los Angeles and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive operational leadership in a creative agency setting.
• Experience leading projects involving AI technology and data analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with actionable recommendations.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide teams toward goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration of systems, tools, trackers, and documentation.
• Design and maintain SOPs, R&Rs, intake processes, escalation paths.
• Monitor adoption and identify workflow gaps for escalation.
• Coordinate readiness for new systems, tools, and processes.
• Maintain allocation, availability, and capacity tracking across the business.
• Coordinate with Account, Project Management, Casting, and leads for accurate resourcing.
• Prepare recurring capacity and resourcing reporting for leadership.
• Identify allocation issues and staffing plan gaps.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and manage access and security measures.
• Coordinate publishing operations with partners and align with client priorities.
• Prepare recurring operational reporting and monitor deadlines.
