Job summary

Monks is seeking a Director, Operations & Resource Management to lead hiring, staff planning, and talent alignment for the Media Agency group. You will connect agency leadership, finance, and recruitment, ensuring data integrity and strategic staffing.

In this role, you will onboard systems, drive data-informed staffing, and serve as the casting manager for the Media department, partnering with cross-department leaders to deploy talent effectively.

Qualifications

• Meticulous attention to detail with high data accuracy in complex tracking systems.
• Experience partnering with SME stakeholders, leadership, and finance to streamline hiring workflows.
• Strong data-driven analytics to inform staffing decisions and operational improvements.
• Prior resource management or operations leadership in a Media Agency.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end hiring workflow and requisition management across Finance and leadership.
• Analyze utilization, billability, and staffing needs to guide headcount forecasts.
• Prepare real-time dashboards and reporting for weekly hiring and ops reviews.
• Maintain headcount data integrity, turnover, and open positions; audit inputs.
• Facilitate off-cycle promotions and compensation processes with leadership sign-off.
