Job summary

Vicus Capital in State College, PA is seeking a Dedicated Client Services Associate to support financial advisors nationwide with day-to-day operations from our in-office location. You will handle onboarding, data collection, workflow management, and client service tasks to enable advisors to focus on client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage advisors' calendars and client communications, schedule meetings, prepare materials, and coordinate follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate digital client records in the CRM system.
• Process new account paperwork end-to-end and support ongoing maintenance.
• Act as SME on custodian processes and ensure documents are accurate and delivered for signature.
• Build strong relationships with a nationwide network of advisors as an integrated team member.
• Collaborate with operations to improve processes and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality across client-facing and internal processes.
