Ground Logistics is seeking an Operations Manager for FedEx pickup and delivery in Colonial Heights, VA. You will oversee daily operations, hire, train and lead drivers and supervisors, and coordinate FedEx liaison.

The role requires flexibility with early mornings, extended days, and weekend involvement. You will be hands-on in the terminal, driving performance, safety culture, and a strong FedEx partnership, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.
