Job summary

Ground Logistics is seeking an Operations Manager for FedEx pickup and delivery at our Auburn terminal. You will oversee daily operations, hire and lead drivers and supervisors, and drive performance, safety, and strong FedEx partnerships.

This hands-on role requires early starts, long days and weekend involvement. You will be in the terminal, solving problems in real time, coordinating routes, and maintaining equipment while building a culture of accountability and service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading logistics teams or operations.
• Ability to manage daily dispatch and route execution.
• Familiarity with safety standards and DOT compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily FedEx pickup and delivery operations.
