Ground Logistics is seeking an Operations Manager to lead FedEx pickup and delivery operations at the New Castle terminal. You will supervise drivers and supervisors, coordinate dispatch, and uphold safety and DOT compliance.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and availability six days a week. You will build strong partnerships with FedEx leadership, manage vehicle maintenance, and drive operational excellence in a growing contractor network.

Qualifications

• Experience leading logistics operations or transportation teams
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage safety and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily FedEx pickup and delivery operations at the terminal
• Hire, train, and lead drivers and supervisors; ensure performance and accountability
• Coordinate dispatch planning, route execution, and vehicle maintenance
• Ensure DOT compliance and safety training; partner with FedEx leadership
