Job Skills / Requirements

The Operations Manager helps to oversee 24/7 security operations, ensuring quality service, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction while leading and supporting security personnel. This position will also support growth efforts by assisting with lead generation, providing administrative support to Branch Manager, Regional Manager, SE Sales Team, and Executive Leadership as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Security Operations

Ensure consistent, timely security service delivery
Administer guard management software
Performance & Leadership

Client & Team Communication

Serve as liaison between clients, Site Managers, Supervisors, and leadership

Assist as needed in lead generation activities
Support Branch Manager, Regional Manager, and SE Sales Team with administrative duties related to growth activities

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company requirements
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
Maintain documentation for audits and inspections

Supervisory & Administrative Duties

Verify and track all employee licensing and certifications
Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure 24/7 coverage
Coordinate incident and emergency response
Oversee billing and invoice accuracy

Minimum Qualifications

2+ years of security leadership or related experience
3+ years of verified security, law enforcement, corrections, or military experience (preferred)
Security management certifications (CPP, PSP) preferred
Ability to obtain/maintain a valid State Security License
Valid driver’s license with clean MVR
