Job summary
Generac is seeking a Senior Project Manager Operations to drive strategic facility planning, make vs. buy evaluations, and NPI projects. You will coordinate resources across multiple workstreams and ensure sustainable integration execution in a highly matrixed environment.
You will partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Corporate Functions to align enterprise initiatives and drive timely decisions. Requires strong governance and risk management capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
- 7 years of progressive experience in Operations, Integration, Program or Portfolio Management.
- Experience in complex, cross-functional environments with matrixed organizations.
Responsibilities
- Own execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning operations, systems, processes and governance.
- Develop and manage structured integration plans with milestones, dependencies, risks and outcomes.
- Serve as the primary accountability for integration results and sustainment in operations.
