Generac Power Systems in Wisconsin seeks a Senior Engineering Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of moderately complex product development programs, including NPI, cost reduction, and lifecycle support. You will translate strategy into executable plans and coordinate cross-functional teams across product management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality.

Success is measured by on-time delivery, clear program ownership, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of progressive experience, including 5+ years in project or program management.
• PMP, PgMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned programs of moderate complexity through planning, execution, launch readiness, and closeout.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate integrated program plans reflecting scope, timing, dependencies, risks, milestones, and key decisions.
• Translate product requirements and business objectives into clear delivery scope, milestones, and product realization plans in partnership with Product and Engineering.
• Lead programs through NPI processes, including milestone, design, and gate reviews with decision-ready information.
• Prepare program status updates for senior stakeholders.
