Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of progressive accounting or finance experience, preferably supporting manufacturing operations.
• Master's degree in progress or completed.
• CPA or CMA certification in progress or completed.
• Experience with corporate finance and/or manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial reporting and close processes for the plant.
• Prepare reconciliations of general ledger accounts to support accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with the preparation of plant budgets and financial statements.
• Provide management with performance reporting and financial analysis for plant and company.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reporting to address business needs.
