• Communicates expectations, evaluates performance, and guides career development.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and distributes workload across regions.
• Supports capital projects through design reviews, PHA/HAZOPs and related findings.
• Ensures PSM practices and MOC documentation; participates in incident investigations.
