Provides timely project updates to internal customers regarding schedule and budget. Determines the areas of strength and weakness of personnel and guides career development; Appraises personnel of their performance status in a timely manner. • Ensures collaboration with various work teams and maintains relationships with key support groups and stakeholders. • Directs and supports technical requests from other departments as necessary and strategically distributes workload across regions as needed. • Identifies and prioritizes key support opportunities with operations management while driving ownership and accountability as needed. • Provides scope development input and support for the capital projects group through team participation in design reviews, PHA’s and HAZOPs and ensures the implementation of such findings. • Ensures PSM practices are followed through MOC’s and necessary documentation.
