Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team, you will organize moderately complex cloud-related incidents with support from management while proposing and implementing solutions to quickly restore service, minimizing business impact to customers.

Responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate enterprise-wide cloud-related changes.
• Analyze and implement changes after provisioning cloud environments for applications.
• Provide technical support for cloud-hosted application releases.
• Monitor environments and recommend additional controls and governance.
• Facilitate communication about outages/changes between vendors and internal stakeholders.

Minimum Required Experiences

• 2+ years of experience in Production Support.
• Experience supporting AWS Cloud Platforms.
• Experience supporting automation frameworks.
• Experience supporting mission-critical applications in an on-call setting.

Desired Experiences

• 3+ years supporting Cloud Infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• AWS Certifications.

Skills

• Proficiency in core AWS services.
• Knowledge of service management concepts like ITIL.
• Ability to create and maintain support documentation.
• Experience coordinating change management activities.
