Job Description

As a valued team member, you will manage cloud-related incidents, support solutions to restore services quickly, and minimize business impact for customers.

The Impact You Will Make

This role offers flexibility and involves:

• Implementing and coordinating enterprise-wide cloud changes
• Supporting cloud environment provisioning and application releases
• Monitoring environments and recommending controls
• Communicating outages and changes with vendors and stakeholders

Minimum Required Experiences

• 2+ years in Production Support
• Supporting AWS Cloud Platforms
• Supporting automation frameworks
• Supporting mission-critical applications in an on-call setting

Desired Experiences

• 3+ years supporting Cloud Infrastructure
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• AWS Certifications

Skills

• Proficient in AWS services, ITIL practices, troubleshooting, scripting (Python, Unix), and cross-team collaboration
