Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Information Systems, Communications, or related field and five (5) or more years of experience or an equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Research for special projects and provide analysis for leadership.
• Manage data requests, analyze results and present findings to leadership.
• Travel to branches to assist in training processes and systems as needed.
• Assist with design, testing, and implementation of new systems.
• Track, monitor, and guide project progress to stay on schedule.
