ASM Research is seeking a Customer Support & Billing Operations Specialist to support daily workflows by managing billing emails, researching data, assisting with environment testing, and delivering customer support across systems.

You will handle cases, monitor batch processing, validate data, collaborate with technical teams for testing, and maintain accurate case notes while ensuring timely, high-quality service.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-5 years or related experience in Customer Service or public relations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to convey enthusiasm, energy and sincerity over the phone.
• Exceptional problem solving and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage billing related emails and service requests with accuracy and timely follow through.
• Provide monitoring support for batch processing issues and errors.
• Research and analyzes customer service issues to provide information and solutions.
• Log cases and update communications with customers.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support testing in non-production environments.
• Handle inbound customer contacts via phone, chat, and ticketing systems.
