Qualifications

• Proficiency with dashboards/reports used by senior leadership; hands-on in Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with budgets, variance analysis, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Define operational KPIs and leadership dashboards on reporting platforms.
• Build and automate data models and pipelines behind dashboards.
• Produce resource, headcount, and spend forecasts and analyze variances.
• Own the operational cadence for business reviews and governance.
