Job summary

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and several years in operations or data analysis, with Power BI/Tableau and SQL/Python skills to drive executive-ready reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in operations, data or business analysis in tech environments.
• Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau for executive dashboards.
• Experience with budgets, variance analysis, and forecasting.
• Ability to turn multi-source inputs into clear conclusions.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive improvements.
• Experience with cross-site operations in US and Europe a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define operational KPIs and leadership dashboards on approved platforms.
• Build and automate data models and pipelines behind dashboards.
• Review data collection processes to improve execution predictability.
• Produce forecasts for resources, headcount, and spend; analyze variances.
• Track Capex/Opex vs. plan and conduct cost analyses.
• Own the operational cadence for business reviews and governance.
• Drive resolution of cross-functional risks with accountable leaders.
• Turn analyses into executive-ready insights.
