Job summary

QVC Group, a live social shopping leader, is seeking a Senior Operations Business Analyst to lead enterprise-level analysis, develop executive-ready insights, and mentor analysts across the organization.

The role is hybrid and onsite in West Chester, PA several days per month; relocation assistance is not available. Candidates must reside in PA, NJ, or DE.

You will optimize supply chain and operations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and influence strategic decisions across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years in business analysis or supply chain analytics.
• Advanced SQL and data modeling experience.
• Proficient with Python or R and analytical tools (Excel, BigQuery, SAS, VBA).

Responsibilities

• Drive optimization across Supply Chain and Operations using modeling and ML.
• Analyze complex problems across systems, risks, and stakeholders.
• Develop predictive and prescriptive reports to inform performance.
• Automate reporting and design tools for data and forecasting.
• Partner cross-functionally to implement innovative solutions.
• Support senior leaders by guiding decisions and mentoring analysts.
