Job summary

QVC Group is seeking a Senior Operations Business Analyst to join our live social shopping business in a hybrid role with on-site days in West Chester, PA. The position emphasizes enterprise-level analysis, forecasting, and cross-functional project leadership across Supply Chain and Operations.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of BA/analytics experience, with strong SQL and data modeling, plus Python or R programming.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or University Degree required.
5+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or supply chain analytics.
Advanced SQL skills and data modeling experience.
Programming knowledge in Python or R or similar.
Strong knowledge of supply chain and operations concepts.
Experience building optimization models and solving complex business problems.
Proficiency with analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, BigQuery, SAS, or VBA.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Drive optimization across Supply Chain and Operations using advanced modeling and ML to improve forecasting and inventory flow.
Analyze complex business problems spanning multiple systems and stakeholder needs.
Develop predictive and prescriptive reports and dashboards for hourly to monthly performance.
Automate reporting and design tools to support financials, inventory, planning and forecasting.
Partner cross-functionally to identify innovative efficiency improvements.
Support senior leaders by influencing decisions and mentoring other analysts.
