QVC Group, Inc. in West Chester, PA, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the Transformation Office. You will help drive weekly performance cadence, maintain performance dashboards, and partner with leaders across the organization to ensure on-time value delivery.

The role requires 5+ years of experience and 3+ years in project management, business analysis, or financial analysis, with strong data storytelling and experience with dashboards and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall work experience.
• 3+ years in project management, business analysis, or financial analysis.
• Experience translating data into clear reporting and insights.

Responsibilities

• Support weekly Transformation Office performance cadence and meeting prep.
• Maintain TPMS dashboards, reporting, and materials for visibility.
• Partner with initiative owners and stakeholders to track progress and follow up on items.
• Support operational finance activities including tracking, actuals, and margin analysis.
• Provide user training and onboarding for TPMS, plus leadership-ready updates.
• Identify data quality issues and drive resolutions to improve reporting.
