L3Harris Technologies in Clifton, NJ seeks an Operations Cost Analyst to support the Monthly EAC process and weekly cost monitoring. You will back up Bid & Proposal activities and analyze cost variances while working in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle large data sets. On-site, 1st shift in New Jersey with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business with 2+ years related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0–2 years related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Completing monthly EACs with support from Operations Program Management.
• Analysis of cost overruns and weekly labor charging.
• Conduct Unit Cost analysis to ensure standards are in line with run rate.
• Conduct Bi-Weekly Support and Unit Cost Variance analysis and present data to stakeholders.
• Manage the capital tracking process ensuring all databases are maintained and equipment properly tagged.
• Back up support for developing estimates for touch labor assembly, test, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Planning and Control.
• Support entry into the BOE Tool; ensure estimates are auditable and compliant with government regulations.
• Utilize learning curve theory in developing proposal unit cost.
• Support the SIOP Monthly Process.
• Identify opportunities to improve data reporting through continuous improvement initiatives (E3).
