L3Harris Technologies in Clifton, NJ, is seeking a Specialist, Program Finance to support the Reconnaissance and Strategic Growth business area. The role focuses on keeping programs on track using Earned Value Management to ensure accurate financial information for internal and external customers.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to collaborate with Program Management, Engineering, and cross‑functional partners, delivering performance data, forecasts, and insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience, OR a Graduate Degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• 2+ years’ experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS) reporting.
• 2+ years’ experience preparing and supporting Program Reviews.
• 2+ years’ experience with customer financial reporting.
• 2+ years’ experience with financial forecasting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the subject matter expert for financial performance of their programs, providing management with an early warning of potential performance issues, identifying risks and offering solutions.
• Guide program financials including development of time‑phased integrated budgets and schedules, Earned Value data compliance and reporting, cost accounting and ongoing overseeing of cost and schedule integration.
• Budgeting, cost control and variance analysis, internal/external reporting, risk management and financial support.
• Development of quarterly EACs; analyze/assist in accurate projection of ETC, EAC and LRE data.
• Generate program financial artifacts such as EV reports, graphs, and analysis, as required to include customer reporting.
• Educate PMO and CAMs with internal reports on cost and schedule performance.
• Provide suggestions and implementation of new process improvement initiatives.
• Perform ad‑hoc analysis, data integrity checks, and validations related to program financials.
