Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in advanced analytics, data science, or ML with measurable outcomes.
• Proven KPI definition, development, and cross-functional alignment.
• Ability to translate business needs into analytic deliverables and data models.
• Strong SQL, Python, and data visualization skills for leadership audiences.
• Experience with NLP/text analytics on large datasets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern RCC KPIs and reporting for real-time visibility.
• Translate business objectives into analytical requirements and dashboards.
• Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, anomalies, and drivers.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure trusted data sources.
• Build strong partnerships across Operations, Finance, and Programs.
