Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking an Analytics & Insights Lead for ASO Operations in Austin, TX. You will partner with senior leaders to define and govern KPI frameworks, build scalable data solutions, and deliver real-time insights that shape store performance.

You will own end-to-end KPI development, collaborate across Operations, Finance, and Programs, and champion data quality and self-serve analytics to drive business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, BI, Statistics, CS, or a related field — or 6+ years of equivalent experience.
• Proven experience defining, developing, and implementing KPIs or metrics frameworks.
• Ability to translate business needs into analytical requirements and data models.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and Python or scripting for data analysis.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and influence decisions in a matrix organization.
• Structured problem-solving and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end definition, development, and governance of operational KPIs and performance metrics for ASO Operations.
• Serve as primary analytical partner to Operations, Workforce Planning, and senior leadership.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to surface trends, root causes, and forecasting signals.
• Define data requirements and partner with Data Engineering to develop data models and reporting systems.
• Build relationships across Operations, Finance, Commercial and Programs teams.
• Champion data quality and self-serve enablement, developing data dictionaries and governance standards.
