Job summary

Apple is seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst to join the Americas (AMR) Business Operations Team in the Apple Store Online division. You will own the end-to-end development of KPIs, data infrastructures, and metrics that drive operational decisions across RCC performance, partnering with business leaders to translate needs into scalable data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, statistics, econometrics or other quantitative field with 8+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, or machine learning.
• Proven ability to define and implement KPIs or metrics for new programs and align cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience translating business needs into analytical requirements, data models, and reporting solutions.
• Advanced SQL and Python for data analysis; Tableau or similar visualization tools; ability to present insights to senior leadership.
• Experience with text analytics, NLP, and sentiment analysis at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development and implementation of KPIs and metrics across structured and unstructured data.
• Partner with business leaders to translate performance challenges into analytical solutions.
• Build scalable data infrastructure to track, surface, and act on metrics in real time.
• Translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
