Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, CS, Business or equivalent experience; or 6+ years analytics/BI/strategy impact at scale.
• Advanced SQL and strong Python skills; capable of building production-grade analytics and automations.
• Experience owning end-to-end KPI frameworks, metrics definitions, and scalable data infrastructure.
• Experience delivering data programs end-to-end with engineering collaboration and adoption across business.
• Experience building financial models and planning processes for workforce and capacity.
• Ability to translate complex problems into structured analytics with high autonomy and precision.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own design, development, and governance of analytical frameworks and KPI systems for ASO Operations; build reliable, real-time data infrastructure.
• Lead analytical program delivery across Workforce Strategy & Analytics; translate business needs into technical requirements and align engineering milestones.
• Conduct deep quantitative analyses to reveal trends, risks, and opportunities; translate findings into executive-ready narratives.
• Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles for ASO Operations, including headcount and capacity modeling.
• Partner with operations leaders to define goals, monitor performance, and surface risks with data-backed recommendations.
• Define data and analytic requirements; collaborate with Data Engineering to maintain scalable, trusted models and reporting.
