Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires 3+ years experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Executes routine and complex transactions with standard policies and procedures.
• Identifies and addresses exceptions; may escalate complex transactions.
• Ensures documentation is complete and equipment is operational.
• Provides consultation to internal/external customers and supports process improvements.
• Participates in risk mitigation activities and training of new hires.
