BairesDev is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to design and optimize internal workflows, translating complex data into actionable insights for improved efficiency. The role focuses on cross-functional process improvement and scalable operational excellence.

You will drive KPI development, leverage AI tools, and collaborate across departments to align with strategic goals. This is a fully remote position with global impact.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience as an Operations Analyst or similar role.
• Proven expertise in process mapping, data analysis, and defining operational metrics.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic SQL for data-driven decisions.
• Experience with AI and prompt engineering to drive process automation.
• Strong background in continuous improvement for TA Ops, Finance, or Operations teams.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
