Responsibilities

• Manage Tasker Tracking and Closure, including ETMS2 data integrity, updates, and task closure.
• Lead multiple teams, oversee Tasker tracking, prioritization, and reporting to meet operational goals.
• Utilize SACO Level experience with ETMS2, including preparing Senior Leader Approval Process Packets.
• Develop procedures to optimize Tasker management using ETMS2 capabilities.
• Analyze activity design to ensure Taskers support objectives across efforts.
• Monitor Tasker progress, identify roadblocks, and coordinate meetings for timely completion.
• Serve as an SME on operational analysis, recommending best practices for Tasker execution.
• Manage operations related to Tasker management and provide operational input.
• Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for Tasker alignment and meetings.
• Recommend campaign plan modifications based on current events and Tasker implications.
• Support PEO AVN PPR&P Operations staff with Tasker reporting.
• Coordinate staff for programs and operational designs, aligning Taskers with military objectives.
• Contribute to PEO AVN reviews on Tasker progress and recommendations.
• Assist in drafting correspondence, briefings, and reports related to Tasker status.

Experience and Skills Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to develop and present management reports.
• Proficiency in A365 and MS Office Suite.
• SACO level knowledge of ETMS2.
