IronMountain Solutions is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to support a customer on the Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama.

Job Duties:

  • Primary responsibility is comprehensive Tasker Tracking and Closure. This includes managing the Tasker tracking and reporting system of record (ETMS2), ensuring accurate data, timely updates, and complete closure of all assigned tasks.
  • Lead and manage multiple teams within the organization, providing oversight and direction to ensure successful completion of assigned tasks and objectives on their behalf. This includes comprehensive Tasker tracking, prioritization, and reporting across all subordinate teams, leveraging ETMS2 and ensuring alignment with overall operational goals.
  • Possess SACO Level experience utilizing ETMS2, including demonstrated expertise in building and submitting Senior Leader Approval Process Packets within ETMS2.
  • Research, plan, establish, and recommend procedures to optimize Tasker management and meet Operation Specialist requirements, leveraging ETMS2 capabilities.
  • Analyze activity design and alignment to ensure Taskers directly support and contribute to progress toward objectives and end-states across multiple lines of effort.
  • Proactively track, monitor, and collect data related to Tasker progress, identifying potential roadblocks and coordinating synchronization meetings with applicable members to facilitate timely completion.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on operational and capabilities analysis, providing technical authority and recommending methodologies and best practices for effective Tasker assignment and execution.
  • Manage organizational operations related to Tasker management and provide input for operational management requirements.
  • Provide decision makers with sound, scientific, and quantitative information derived from Tasker data to support informed decision-making.
  • Interface/coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure Tasker alignment and initiate/support sync meetings as applicable.
  • Develop recommendations for campaign plan modifications based on the impact of regional, national, and local current events, considering Tasker implications.
  • Provide support to PEO AVN PPR&P Operations staff and PEO/DPEO, particularly regarding Tasker reporting and status.
  • Facilitate internal and external staff coordination for programs and operational designs, ensuring Taskers are aligned with subordinate commander’s theater-wide military objectives.
  • Provide input in PEO AVN review meetings to evaluate Tasker progress and make recommendations.
  • Provide Operation Specialist input for correspondence, draft briefing charts, Army memorandums, and briefings/slides in support of the Aviation Enterprise, often relating to Tasker status and reporting.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use tools or controls; normal physical activity (reach with hands and arms; climb stairs); and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and leadership. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 25 pounds.

Experience and skills requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and ten (10) years of work experience.
  • Strong communication skills; oral and written.
  • Proven ability to develop and provide reports to management.
  • A365, and MS Office Suite skills required
  • SACO level knowledge with the Enterprise Tasker Management Systems Solution (ETMS2)
  • Must currently hold or be eligible to obtain a U.S. SECRET security clearance. Per federal requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this level of clearance.
