This hands-on role focuses on incident ownership and operational scalability. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in operational support and a strong understanding of video streaming platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in operational support roles.
• Ability to own complex problems end-to-end with autonomy.
• Strong experience with production video streaming platforms.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of escalated customer issues and drive them to resolution.
• Troubleshoot complex production incidents affecting live streams.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for incident response.
