Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of operational risk management principles and risk management frameworks within regulated environments.
• Experience of managing RCSA, control testing, risk events, issue management and action-tracking processes.
• Ability to provide effective second-line oversight and challenge with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.

Aufgaben

• Manage, review and enhance the operational risk framework, including its policies, standards, procedures and reporting.
• Lead second-line oversight and constructive challenge to ensure risks are understood and managed.
• Oversee RCSA and control testing, assess results and track actions.
• Embed operational resilience and incident management with root cause analysis and preventative action.
• Develop MI and analytics to identify emerging risks and changes to the risk profile.
• Support and coach colleagues, strengthen risk awareness and promote continuous improvement across the business.
