Formación

• Advanced degree (Master’s, MBA, or equivalent).
• 8+ years in banking or financial services with leadership.
• 5+ years risk management with cross-functional teams.
• Recognized as a subject matter expert in risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Directs the development and execution of the Operational Risk Framework.
• Identifies, assesses, and prioritizes Operational Risks across the organization.
• Leads risk mitigation tracking and validates effective controls.
• Monitors and reports risk exposures to management and the board.
• Designs risk management communications and training strategies.
• Oversees RCSA, Scenario Analysis, and GRC system adoption.
• Drives enterprise-wide risk culture and strategic risk initiatives.
