Job summary

ABM Industries seeks a Senior Analyst-APS to lead data insights supporting client-facing systems and service delivery. You will partner across departments to operationalize data and drive improved outcomes for ABM's facilities services.

The role requires 5+ years in operations, strong analytics, and proficiency with Power BI, Excel, and the Microsoft 365 suite to deliver accurate reporting and actionable insights for field operations and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering or Facilities related curriculum or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in hard and soft operations for owners/operators of built environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, analyze complex data sets and systems, identify trends, and prepare reports and recommendations related to ABM's services.
• Assist in drafting policies and procedures, client related service strategies processes, tracking, and evaluating operational performance.
• Develop internal reporting and ensure data consistency across APS sites to support client outcomes.
