NTT DATA, Europe & LATAM, Branch in USA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Digital Transformation Consultant to shape the target operating model for global client programs.

The role focuses on assessing current processes, organizational design, and digital maturity to define an actionable operating model and a corresponding roadmap. You will lead stakeholder interviews, document findings, build the business case, and present recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing Operating Models.
• Expertise in Organizational Redesign in global companies.
• Proven experience designing and implementing Target Operating Models (TOM) for large, complex organizations.
• Strong background in organizational design and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Assess current processes, structure, and digital maturity to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Develop and document assessment findings with prioritized recommendations.
• Define and design the to-be operating model including structure, governance, and ways of working.
• Develop a digital strategy and roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews to gather requirements and build alignment.
• Build the business case and phased implementation plan with milestones and success measures.
• Present recommendations and deliverables to stakeholders.
