Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with commercial building operating systems and supervision.
• Experience with mechanical/hydraulic systems and safety procedures.
• Knowledge of CMMS and BAS systems; ability to read drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise engineering department staff and manage preventative maintenance programs.
• Maintain and monitor building systems including fire/life safety, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, generators, and backups.
• Monitor BAS alarms and coordinate emergency repairs; manage permits and stock inventory.
