Job summary

Infosys is seeking an experienced OpenText VIM Consultant to support, administer, and enhance OpenText VIM integrated with SAP ECC/S4HANA. The role collaborates with business users, SAP teams, and infrastructure to ensure stable invoice processing operations.

The candidate will monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize VIM workflows, archives, and capture components, while contributing to problem management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in OpenText VIM.
• Strong understanding of OpenText VIM, SAP AP, ECC/S4HANA, Archive Center, and ICC/BCC.
• Experience with incident management and production support.
• Knowledge of invoice processing lifecycle and exception handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for OpenText VIM application.
• Troubleshoot incidents related to invoice processing, workflows, and SAP integration.
• Monitor OpenText VIM components and perform RCA for production issues.
• Support month-end invoice processing activities.
• Coordinate with SAP FI/AP teams for integration issues.
• Prepare technical documentation and support reports.
