Job summary

New York Life Direct is seeking a Senior Associate, OpenText Developer in Tampa, FL. The role focuses on designing and maintaining OpenText Exstream CCM solutions across cloud and on-prem environments to support multi-channel customer communications.

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of Exstream experience, strong AWS knowledge, and can guide teams through architectural decisions while ensuring compliance and reliability in production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6–10 years of enterprise CCM/OpenText Exstream experience with multi-channel output.
• Experience designing client/server apps and providing technical guidance for Exstream implementations.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services and cloud-based app development.
• Experience building APIs, integrations, orchestration workflows, and diverse data sources.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain OpenText Exstream document composition applications across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Analyze CCM solutions and partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
• Develop and execute unit tests, validate templates, troubleshoot production issues, ensure quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with architecture, infra, security, and business teams to implement integrations and CI/CD practices.
• Provide technical leadership by mentoring junior developers and documenting designs.
