Job summary

iSphere Global Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior OpenLink Developer in Houston, TX to join a hybrid team. The role blends development, configuration, and business analysis to deliver OpenLink solutions that meet traders and risk teams’ needs.

You will work with stakeholders, consultants, and engineers to configure, customize, and enhance OpenLink, lead workshops, gather requirements, document details, and support testing, cutover, and go-live.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an OpenLink Developer, Business Analyst, or techno-functional consultant.
• Experience implementing, configuring, and extending OpenLink platforms.
• Experience in complex trading, risk, or energy environments.
• Strong requirements gathering and process mapping skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Experience troubleshooting application issues and resolving software defects.
• Experience supporting testing, training, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of the software delivery lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Finance, Economics, Business, Financial Engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and enhance OpenLink in support of trading, risk, and operational processes.
• Work with business stakeholders, consultants, and engineering teams to turn needs into working solutions inside the platform.
• Lead workshops, gather requirements, document details, and troubleshoot issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay involved through testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Balance business understanding with technical depth to deliver useful outcomes.
