iSphere is looking for a Senior OpenLink Developer for a long-term hybrid opportunity in Houston. Candidates need to live in the Houston area.
This role sits right in the middle of development, configuration, and business analysis. The client needs someone who can work directly in OpenLink, understand what the trading and risk teams are asking for, and then turn those needs into solutions that actually work inside the platform.
You will work with business stakeholders, consultants, and engineering teams to configure, customize, and enhance OpenLink in support of trading, risk, and operational processes. You will also help lead workshops, gather requirements, document the details, troubleshoot issues, and stay involved through testing, cutover, and go-live.
This is not a role for someone who only knows one side of the equation. You need enough business understanding to follow the conversation and enough technical depth to do something useful with it.
You will also be expected to look at the current environment and identify where the platform or the process can be improved. That might mean a configuration change, a technical enhancement, a better workflow, or simply figuring out why something has been done the hard way for years.
The person who does well here will be comfortable sitting with traders and business users one minute and then getting into the technical details with developers the next.
If OpenLink has been a major part of your background and you like working close to both the business and the technology, we should talk.
