Job summary

• Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles, requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
• Experience supporting testing, training, cutover, and go-live activities across enterprise technology projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Finance, Economics, Business, Financial Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and enhance OpenLink Endur solutions, including gMotion, to meet business and operational requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify optimization and platform improvement opportunities.
• Troubleshoot application issues, resolve software defects, and support users throughout delivery lifecycles.
• Produce client deliverables including process documentation, solution designs, presentations, and implementation plans.

About the Role

This is an active, immediate need. You'll deliver strategic technology initiatives for energy clients, working closely with business stakeholders, consultants, and engineering teams to design, configure, and enhance OpenLink Endur solutions that support trading, risk, and operational objectives.

gMotion experience is required for this role. The work is techno-functional, so you'll need strong technical capability on the Endur platform plus the business analysis skills to turn complex requirements into scalable solutions.
