Capco is seeking a Senior OpenLink Developer to join our Houston team, delivering strategic OpenLink implementations for energy clients. You will design, configure, and enhance trading, risk, and operational platforms, collaborating with stakeholders and engineering teams.

The role requires hands-on OpenLink expertise, strong business analysis skills, and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable technology solutions within a dynamic consulting environment.

Competenze

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, OpenLink Developer, or techno-functional consultant.
Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and extending OpenLink platforms in complex environments.
Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles, requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.

Mansioni

Configure, customize, and enhance OpenLink solutions to meet client requirements.
Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into specifications.
Analyze existing systems to identify opportunities for optimization and platform improvements.
Troubleshoot application issues, resolve defects, and provide user support throughout delivery lifecycles.
Produce client deliverables including process documentation, solution designs, and implementation plans.
