Job summary

Capco is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs with OpenLink technology in the energy trading space in Houston, TX. You will translate requirements, document processes, and collaborate with stakeholders and tech teams to implement robust OpenLink solutions.

You will lead workshops, gather requirements, and contribute to testing, training, and go-live activities while producing clear consulting deliverables for clients in the energy sector.

Qualifications

• Experience translating business requirements into OpenLink solutions.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, map processes and document findings.
• Experience supporting testing, training, and go-live activities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate client workshops, interviews, and analysis to gather and document requirements.
• Develop business requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation.
• Analyze current and future state processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Support testing, training, and go-live activities to ensure successful delivery.
• Produce clear consulting deliverables including reports, presentations, and proposals.
