Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, information systems, or finance.
• Professional experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Product Analysis, Product Operations, Mortgage Technology or Mortgage Lending Operations.
• Experience with mortgage lenders, mortgage technology providers, fintechs, or financial institutions.
• Understanding of mortgage origination and underwriting workflows.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication across business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Maintain deep knowledge of mortgage origination, underwriting, verification, and fulfillment processes.
• Gather, analyze, and document business, customer, regulatory, and platform requirements.
• Partner with Product Managers to define epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and roadmaps.
• Support agile product development, including backlog refinement and release validation.
• Act as liaison between business, engineering, and client success to ensure successful product delivery.
• Investigate and resolve complex client issues through troubleshooting and validation.
