The candidate will lead ontology development, knowledge graph integration, and support for DoD geospatial and all-source analysis, applying PMP/CSM/CSEP processes and strong SysEngOps/DevSecOps discipline.

Qualifications

• Master's or higher in a relevant field or 11+ years managing complex technical projects in ontology development.
• Certifications: PMP, CSM, CSEP.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Experience with SysEngOps, DevSecOps, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with Python, R, SQL/NoSQL, PostgreSQL, and ESRI ArcGIS/ArcPy.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution, ensure compliance, and manage contractor deliverables.
• Deliver project outcomes in the DoD ontology domain, including ontology development, knowledge graph integration, and support for DoD geospatial and all-source analysis.
• Utilize skills in SysEngOps, DevSecOps, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Apply experience with Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) processes.
• Use programming skills in Python, R, SQL/NoSQL, PostgreSQL, and ESRI (ArcGIS/ArcPy).
