Job summary

Siemens Mobility seeks a Supplier Quality Manager in Cincinnati, OH to oversee quality and compliance across the account portfolio. You will coordinate with client departments, account teams and suppliers to ensure KPI performance and compliance with SSCS and local laws.

Responsibilities include managing audits (SMETA/SA8000), cost and delivery across sites, and leading quality control initiatives. Occasional air travel is required and essential duties are described in detail above.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in facilities management or similar roles is essential.
• OSHA 10/30 and LEED certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with sub-contracted vendors to ensure service excellence and cost effectiveness.
• Assist Finance and Regional Managers on financials including billing, expenses, POs and budgeting.
• Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives and CMMS system development and training.
• Investigate and implement cost-reduction projects while maintaining quality and safety.
• Foster positive relationships with associates and customers and support open dialogue.
• Promote environmental health and safety through adherence to practices and safety training.
